Bug is a romantic insectophobe. During her time studying English at Temple University, she was a performer and executive board member for Babel Poetry Collective. She also won an award. She prefers lakes to the ocean, moss to grass, and death to America.

Her writing can be found in Bedfellows, Theta Wave, Yes Poetry, Voicemail Poems, and elsewhere. She has also appeared in the You Can’t Kill a Poet and New Voices reading series.
